Hanters transfer car is primarily designed for transporting pallets between conveyors that are not directly connected to each other, for pallet pick-up from outfeed conveyors and deliveries to infeed conveyors. Transfer cars are also used to keep floor areas free from permanent conveyors in order to allow truck transport, etc.
The transfer car will be equipped with an integrated roller conveyor, chain conveyor or any other type of conveyor depending on the type of goods that will be handled.
The transfer car can be equipped with a single conveyor or a twin conveyor for combined delivery/pick-up function. The transfer movement takes place via rails on the floor.
