Hanters roller conveyor for pallet goods is primarily intended for EUR-pallets or similar standardized pallets for weights up to 1000 kg/m. The roller conveyor can be powered or unpowered. As unpowered it can be horizontal or gravitating, with brake rollers, pallet separation, etc.
The roller conveyor can be used as a stand-alone unit or integrated in a complete conveyor system.
The roller conveyor is in the standard version designed for EUR-pallets with a conveyor width of 875 mm and roller c/c of 200 mm. The roller conveyor can also be delivered with other conveyor widths and roller c/c according to customer needs. For specific needs the roller conveyor can also be delivered with guide discs on the rollers, friction rollers, etc.
Typical applications for roller conveyor systems are at goods receiving, assembly/packing lines, goods delivery, etc. When there is a need for a change of transport direction of the pallet, the roller conveyor can be integrated with a chain conveyor with a vertical lift or a turntable enabling a 90° transfer transport.
